Training

Learners engage in live, instructor led virtual learning and acquire, practice, and receive feedback on use of four or more SEL Solution Tools per session. Individuals who complete the full training pathway (five courses) will acquire twenty new skills total. Participants gain access to training content and associated SEL Solution Tools for ongoing application.

Coaching

Coaching bridges training to practice for sustainable behavior change. SEL Solution Coaching further strengthens skill development and application through the use of small (4-6 people) group or individual sessions. Learners receive targeted support in the form of planning, calibrating, or reflective coaching as they put SEL Solution tools into regular practice in their professional and personal lives.
