SEL Solution Self-Assessment
Purpose:
SEL Solution’s Self-Assessment is a diagnostic that is used to identify SEL strengths and growth opportunities and to inform selection of SEL Solution Tools and learning opportunities. The assessment can be completed in 10 minutes or less and taken multiple times to track growth. The questions are aligned to CASEL’s 5 Core Competencies.
Directions:
Mark yourself as a 1 (rarely), 2 (sometimes), or 3 (often) for each indicator.
Calculate the sum for each competency area and a total score.
Reflect on your scores and develop an action plan.
